Helping You Heal, Connect, and Thrive

What We Do

Individual Therapy

Even though I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist, much of my work is with individuals. My approach looks beyond “what’s in your head” and considers the broader context of your life — relationships, family dynamics, stressors, and environment.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. You might be navigating loss, transitions, or the aftereffects of trauma. Whatever brings you here, together we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and help you reconnect with your sense of peace, confidence, and direction.

Couple Therapy

Relationships are living systems — they shift, strain, and sometimes break down under the weight of misunderstanding, stress, or past wounds. Couple therapy offers a safe place to explore those patterns and learn new ways to connect.

Whether you’re rebuilding after conflict, strengthening a solid relationship, preparing for marriage, or navigating separation or co-parenting, therapy can help you communicate more openly and restore emotional closeness.

Note: Couple, marital, or relationship therapy is self-pay and not covered by insurance.

Family Therapy

Family relationships shape so much of who we are. When those relationships feel disconnected or strained, the ripple effects can be wide. Family therapy helps uncover unspoken patterns, strengthen understanding, and build healthier ways of relating to one another.

Because my schedule aligns with school hours, daytime appointments are available for families who can meet during the day. I welcome the opportunity to help your family build stronger, more supportive bonds.

Trauma and PTSD Therapy

Healing from trauma takes time, care, and safety — and I consider it an honor to walk alongside those doing that work.

Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness, and trauma-informed research, I help clients gently reconnect with their bodies and emotions in a way that fosters resilience and wholeness. Whether your trauma stems from a single event or a lifetime of painful experiences, healing is possible — and you don’t have to face it alone.

I often liken trauma recovery to the butterfly’s transformation: the struggle to emerge is real, but on the other side of that effort, there’s beauty, strength, and freedom.

Teletherapy (Video) Sessions

For those unable to attend in person — due to distance, health, or convenience — I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions through Microsoft Teams.

Since COVID, most insurance plans cover telehealth sessions; self-pay options are also available. Online therapy can be a flexible and effective way to receive consistent support, wherever you are.
