Headspace – Beginner-friendly meditation courses, mindfulness exercises, and mental health coaching features. (variously priced subscription levels) focuses on guided
Aura – Short personalized meditations + gratitude journal (AI-based suggestions).
Relish — Relationship & Couples — Psychology-based daily lessons, quizzes, guided activities, communication tips, intimacy exercises, and progress tracking for couples.
LoveNudge — Based on the 5 Love Languages to help partners understand and act on each other’s preferences (enhancing empathy and connection).
Between — A private communication space for couples with chat, shared calendar, and shared memories to help maintain connection.
Honeydue — While finance focused, this helps partners talk openly about budgeting and money — a key area that affects trust and communication in relationships.
Gottman Card Deck — Digital cards with meaningful questions and statements to spark conversations and deepen connection (based on Gottman relationship principles).
Replika (social/emotional support) — While not specifically a couples app, some use it to explore emotional patterns and practice open emotional communication.
